About project

The website dedicated to foreigners – third country nationals was created within the project “Strengthening administrative capacity of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivode in the process of integration of third country nationals – Stage II” co-financed by the European Union under:

the ASYLUM, MIGRATION AND INTEGRATION FUND

The aim of the FAMI is to contribute to the effective management of migration flows and to the implementation, strengthening and development of a common policy on asylum, subsidiary protection and temporary protection and a common immigration policy in full respect of the rights and principles enshrined in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.

The use of FAMI in Poland is the responsibility of the Department of Border Policy and International Funds of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, which acts as the Responsible Authority.

Some of the tasks were delegated to the European Project Service Centre of the Ministry of Interior and Administration as a Delegated Body, including preparation of agreements with beneficiaries, supervision over the implementation of projects, transfer of funds, settlements and controls.
